Do you offer worldwide shipping for your products?
Yes, we ship orders internationally. To ensure worldwide shipping, 1Roids.com expedites parcels from warehouses located in different European countries.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes and APOs addresses?
Yes, 1Roids.com will ship your order to regular, P.O Boxes or APOs addresses. Please make sure to indicate the complete address in the comment line of your order when providing payment.
How much do I have to pay for shipping my order?
The shipping fee with 1Roids.com is $30.00 USD per order.
How much does it take to process and ship out the order?
Once you place an order, our system automatically sends an e-mail with all payment instructions. After payment is made, the order is processed and expedited within 3 business days.
What does it means "semi-shipped” order?
Large orders are split into 2 or more packages to avoid custom suspiciousness. Semi-shipped status indicates that a part of the order has been already shipped out, while the other half is still under processing and waiting to be released for shipment. Usually is takes up to 3 business days to expedite the 2nd part of the order.
Is a signature required for delivery of my order?
Yes. Considering that orders are shipped with registered mail, the postal carrier will require a signature upon delivery of your goods.
Do you offer discreet shipping for my order?
Yes. To avoid custom suspiciousness, products are removed from their original packs and repacked with cautiousness in parcels that do not indicate the name of the producs. Also, big orders are split into 2 or more smaller parcels. Neither of our orders will indicate the containing products or names on the label. Orders are shipped from various European warehouses to ensure maximum discretion.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
Once shipped out, the order is normally delivered within 7-15 business days. International delivery timeframes extend up to 25 business days due to custom procedures.
Where is the arrival date of the order indicated?
To view the arrival date of your order, please log into your account and click the "My Orders” link. For more information about the status of your order select the "More Info” link.
What should I do in case I don’t receive the order?
Please do not have any concern. In case your order is not delivered as accorded, please open a ticket with the order number and shipping info to be able to investigate the case and reship the order at no additional cost if necessary.
What if my order is seized at customs?
For us to be able to properly assist you in case the order is seized at customs, please scan and e-mail the seizure letter from customs or FDA to us. Please be notified that reships are made once only at no additional expense for the customer.
